In most countries of the world, the birth of a child, with a birth certificate. You will be very soon after birth and usually are required by law. These certificates are generally used as proof of identity and are sometimes required when applying for things like driver's licenses, passports and official working skills.
A birth certificate will be the time and date of birth, name of the child, the sex of the child, the place of birth, parents' legal names, and some kind of registration number. A new first name of the child can only be registered if the name was in common use within12 months after birth, and a name can not be changed except for the correction of errors.
