The process of change is often accompanied by feedback loops. A feedback loop begins with an event. The event is organized by people and by the appreciation of the event, the people respond. This reaction in turn could lead to force, to influence and new events.

In law, there are also feedback loops and these loops are more extended in comparison to other areas in society. Law seems to behave more conservative than other rules, and probably for good reason.

First and foremost, in order for law to function, it requires previous cases (case law) to pass. Only after the evaluation of these cases, new laws my be constructed. And this will focus on new future cases. This is a normal feedback loop, the first is the incident, the recognition of the incident and then the decision to change things.

Then, justice will be indirectly elected by the citizens in a democratic process. Firstly, we agree for the politicians, and they develop and change laws in a process by which various institutions are a special role - the preparation and design of the new laws is a ministerial operation, approved by the Parliament.

A high speed into the amendment of the legislation would probably unstable society.

When a new law, the society must be informed, and this is the same company, but only gradually. As with any change, the implementation of the new rules take some time before they take effect before they impact on society. Before you and I will be in a different way.

A good example of such a loop is the current issue of organ donation, for example in the United Kingdom. Until today, this law is open to much criticism, but the organ donation law not be changed overnight. Change needs to happen more.
