these days, it is virtually impossible to turn on the television without immediately seeing the show a few scenes in the courtroom. So, how realistic are the TV programs in comparison to real life courtroom situations?
To say that the courtroom dramas are a popular theme on television would be a small understatement. From shows like CSI Law & Order on what happens, your attention, the ratings do not lie. Millions of people the clock shows. In truth, I often observe. They are quite dramatic, but they are a realistic representation of what is in a courtroom?
The simple answer to the question is yes and no. Is the dramatic moments that arise during a trial, regardless of whether civil or criminal law? Absolutely.
