Letter from the person who is getting married, you (priest, rabbi)

A proper visa picture of you and your fiancé, within thirty days after your registration.

All these forms and letters must be from within ninety days after the date on which your application is submitted.

General tips on assembling your package:

If your package is bulky (it should be, if it correctly), use ACCO fasteners with two holes in the top of your paperwork together, and so documents are not from the file and lost.

Do not send originals! You may be lost and will not be returned. More copies of original documents.
